Note: The official commercial title (trade registry name), MERSIS, tax ID and KEP address have not yet been verified in the admin panel. This text is based on verified contact records; it is not treated as a fully approved legal policy until legal review is completed.

At Onurlu Oto we respect the privacy of people who visit our website and contact us about Hyundai service. This policy explains which information is processed on the website, how we approach protection, and how you can reach us.

Scope

This policy covers website visitors, people who use the contact form and people who submit a service appointment request. The same principles apply to requests received by phone or WhatsApp.

Information that may be processed

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address (required on the contact form; optional on the appointment form)
• Subject and message content
• Vehicle model, model year, fuel, transmission, mileage and plate (when provided on the appointment form)
• Service category / service request, preferred date and time, alternative date and notes
• Contact preference and privacy-notice acknowledgement
• Optional marketing communication consent (only if checked)
• Session and CSRF protection records needed for security

Special categories of personal data or continuous location tracking that the system does not collect are not described as if they were processed.

Purposes of use

• Responding to contact requests
• Evaluating service appointment requests and informing you about the process
• Managing requests and records
• Maintaining website security and form integrity
• Complying with legal obligations

Marketing messages are considered only when a separate optional consent is given; they are not a precondition for booking service.

Security

Measures include access control, server-side validation, CSRF protection, session management and an authorised admin panel. Absolute security or a specific certification standard is not claimed.

Third-party services

• Google Maps: Directions links and, when permitted, an embedded map.
• WhatsApp: An external chat link opened from the site.
• Hosting / email infrastructure: Providers needed to run the site and notifications.
• Measurement scripts: Run only when configured in the admin panel and consent is granted.

Retention and deletion

Contact and appointment records are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and potential legal claims. Records can be reviewed in the admin panel; where anonymisation fields exist, anonymisation may be applied. No arbitrary fixed retention year is invented.
